WHAT IS I’M IN?

I’M IN is a unique first-of-its-kind initiative developed by EMD Serono, Inc. to foster a robust community of healthcare professionals who actively address disparities in healthcare.

Our goal is to create exponential change in our healthcare ecosystem.

Our initiative does this through impact-oriented educational programs that raise awareness, elevate diverse perspectives, and drive conversations about how to weave diversity, equity, and inclusion into the fabric of our healthcare ecosystem.

Why I’M IN?

The I’M IN Initiative represents a novel and meaningful way for HCPs to engage and learn from themselves and from others.

I had the honor of participating in the inaugural session held in September, 2020. I gained valuable insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion while also realizing my own vulnerabilities. There is humility in learning, and this initiative has spurred me in the right direction.
