At EMD Serono, our unwavering commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) fuels a high-impact culture where compassion, innovation, and belonging intersect. Their distinct challenges and aspirations have inspired us to create a transformative initiative: My Health in Motion.
The My Health in Motion (MHIM) initiative is dedicated to advancing health equity and literacy, especially for Black and Brown communities. MHIM, a mobile unit, visits underserved areas to provide education and resources, aiming to reduce healthcare disparities and enhance patient knowledge.
